Hi,

I want to play an Elementalist/Ranger is there a penalty for casting becouse of the armour the ranger wear's?

Also what would you recomend an Elementalist/Ranger or a Ranger/Elementalist.

I havnt played the game yet so i dont know much about it.

It depends on you...

more phsyical dmg focused, or more magical dmg focused...

This 2 work quite well together... you can go either way and still have lot and lots of good ways to go... so... the only limit is your imagination (and of course, some game limits =P)

More magical damage rather than physical for Elementalist/Ranger
i was thinking of playing both and the second focus more on physical damage.

Is there a penalty for the first type, like you see in other games eg NWN.

well.. an elementalist cant use range armor so they dont get the physical dmg resist like a ranger would. far as anything else either way you look its pretty well balanced..
